Board & Train Programs
Board & train is an option for those who want to put their dog’s development, obedience and confidence in the express lane under the care of our qualified trainers.
Private Training
Want one-on-one time with our qualified and experienced trainers without the distraction of others? If you are unsure what training to book or are dealing with a behavioural issue, we strongly recommend booking a Private Appointment first. A private training session can be booked with us at our Northern and Southern facilities.
Individual training programs are created, explained and followed up with links, videos and recommendations for you and our dog!
SuperPups! Puppy School
This five-session group class is all about correct socialisation, confidence-boosting, and development to prepare your puppy to become “bomb-proof!”

Canine Workshops
Canine Connect is proud to offer workshops on various topics, including Behaviour Modification, Safe Dog Handling, Trick Training and more! All upcoming workshops can be found on our Facebook Page under Events.
Day School
Our day school program is just like a day of school for dogs!
It is great for those wanting to add stimulation, enrichment, and training for their dog during a busy weekday. It is suitable for dogs of all ages and training levels, perfect for dogs not suitable for a Doggy Daycare environment, and for those needing some extra training with our qualified and experienced trainers.
Behavioural Assessments
Whether it be for a dog in rescue or shelter, a dog needing to be re-homed, or simply to better understand your dog, we are here to help shine the light with a Behaviour Assessment. This takes place at our Northern and Southern facilities, where your dog is with us for a day for the assessment. You are emailed a thorough write-up with our findings and recommendations.
Basic Obedience Course
Are you new to training, have a pup going through teenage terrors, or want to build your dog’s focus in a small group environment? Then our Basic Obedience Course is perfect for you! This 5-week course is based on developing a strong bond with your dog through clear communication and obedience skills around various distractions.
Casual Group Classes
Canine Connect runs Casual Group Classes on weekends and some weeknights at The Pegasus Pony Oval next to Hedgegrove Pet Retreat and at Windamere Pet Retreat. These classes are suitable for dogs of all skill levels, but it is recommended that a Private Appointment or Day School be attended prior to ensure this service is suitable for you.
