Refund Policy

Exceptions to this policy may occur in extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of management

Classes & Workshops

Due to our small class sizes and the nature of what we do, We are unable to offer refunds for bookings or vouchers.

If you provide us 7 days notice that you cannot attend the workshop you have booked, we will happily credit you with a voucher to the value paid or arrange a transfer to another date.

If you provide less than 7 days notice that you are unable to attend your workshop and we are unable to find a replacement for your place you will forfeit your total booking fee. If this is the case, we would recommend having a friend or family member take your place.

We do not provide any credit, refunds or transfers for No-Show’s or with no prior warning of your non-attendance.

Board & Train

Due to our high demand and large waiting list, We are unable to offer refunds for bookings or vouchers.

All Board & Train bookings must pay the deposit of $550 to secure the spot. This deposit is non-refundable or transferable.

We do not provide any credit, refunds or transfers for No-Show’s or with no prior warning of your non-attendance.

Private Training

All Private Appointment bookings must pay in advance to secure the time slot.

If you provide us 7 days notice or more that you cannot attend the stay you have booked, we will happily credit you with a voucher to the value paid or arrange a transfer to another date.
