Refund Policy

Exceptions to this policy may occur in extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of management

Classes & Workshops

Due to our small class sizes and the nature of what we do, We are unable to offer refunds for bookings or vouchers.

If you provide us 14 days notice that you cannot attend the workshop you have booked, we will happily credit you with a voucher to the value paid or arrange a transfer to another date.

If you provide 5 days notice or more, we will provide a 50% credit in the form of a gift voucher of the amount paid. If we are able to find a replacement for your place in the class, we will waive this and provide you with a full credit of the value you paid or transfer your booking.

If you provide less than 5 days notice that you are unable to attend your workshop and we are unable to find a replacement for your place you will forfeit your total booking fee. If this is the case, we would recommend having a friend or family member take your place.

We do not provide any credit, refunds or transfers for No-Show’s or with no prior warning of your non-attendance.

Board & Train

Due to our high demand and large waiting list, We are unable to offer refunds for bookings or vouchers.

All Board & Train bookings must pay the deposit of $550 to secure the spot.

If you provide us 30 days notice or more that you cannot attend the stay you have booked, we will happily credit you with a voucher to the value paid or arrange a transfer to another date.

If you provide 14 days notice or more, and we are able to find a replacement for your place in the class, we will waive this and provide you with a full credit of the value you paid or transfer your booking.

If you provide less than 5 days notice that you are unable to attend your workshop and if we are unable to fill your position then all fees paid will be forfeit.

Private Training

Due to our high demand and large waiting list, We are unable to offer refunds for bookings or vouchers.

All Private Appointment bookings must pay in advance to secure the time slot.

If you provide us 14 days notice or more that you cannot attend the stay you have booked, we will happily credit you with a voucher to the value paid or arrange a transfer to another date.

If you provide 7 days notice or more, and we are able to find a replacement for your place in the class, we will waive this and provide you with a full credit of the value you paid or transfer your booking.

If we are unable to find a replacement for your place you will forfeit your total booking fee. If this is the case, we would recommend having a friend or family member take your place.
