Jackson is a Jack Russell Terrier x who joined the family after his brother, Kasper, started his training journey with us through a Board & Train. Jackson has brought plenty of energy, personality and a bit of cheekiness with him.
With high-energy dogs like Jackson, training focuses on channelling that energy into something productive. Like many Jack Russell types, Jackson is full of drive and loves to stay busy… especially if water is involved, even if that means his water bowl.
During his Board & Train, Jackson has been working on obedience, manners, and, importantly, learning how to settle. This is important, as training high-energy dogs isn’t just about keeping them busy; it’s also about teaching them when and how to switch off.
Jackson is a clever little guy who loves to learn, and it is always a pleasure having him in for training.
