Our feedback
Zoltan did very well under some big distractions today. He got a bit distracted throughout but always listened to his trainer throughout all his lessons.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

Skill | Comment | We focused on | Grade |
---|---|---|---|
Skill learnt: Recall | Comment: Zoltan worked on his loose lead in the kennels, walking around the other dogs as a distraction. Zoltan lost his focus to interact with a dog a couple of times throughout his walk. After a bit of repetition, Zoltan was ignoring the other dogs and engaging completely with his trainer | Focus: Distraction | B |
Skill learnt: Trick Training | Comment: We started working on a complex skill today, with the aim of teaching Zoltan to drop a ball through a basketball hoop. We focused on getting Zoltan to grab the ball today, starting by getting him to the touch the ball with his nose and ending with Zoltan putting the ball in his mouth. After a bit of repetition, Zoltan was putting the ball in his mouth consistently. | Focus: Repetition | C |
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) | Comment: Zoltan went for a walk in the sheep paddock on the long line. The livestock was quite close today, acting as a big distraction for Zoltan. Zoltan was fixated on the animals at first, although listening to his trainer when asked to come back. After a bit of repetition, Zoltan stopped staring at the other animals and started engaging back with his trainer before the sheep made their way back up the hill. | Focus: Distraction | B |
