2023-09-11

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: Zoltan went out to the paddock to work on his recall out in the nice weather. Zoltan was a bit off with this skill today, not coming back as often as usual, needing to be reeling in a bit. He would still make his way back after a bit of sniffing, although taking his time. He had moments he made his way back immediately but it wasn’t as often as we usually see with his recall. Focus: Distance B
Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object) Comment: We revisited Zoltan’s paws up skill on a bunch of different objects in the classroom today, doing a circuit going from one to the other. Zoltan is able to do paws up on almost every platform in the classroom except for the very smallest one we have which still makes him a bit nervous. On the smallest one, Zoltan will put one paw up but is a bit hesitant to put him second one on. Focus: Confidence B
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: We finished off with Zoltan’s weave skill. We did this off lead in the classroom as he was the only dog in the room at the time. We used only he verbal and the hand signals to get Zoltan to complete the skill, before moving on to getting him to start chaining multiple weaves together before getting his treat. After a bit of repetition, Zoltan went through out legs quickly for his treat. Focus: Repetition B
