2023-09-28

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: We brought Zimba into the classroom to work on his loose lead while Zoltan was next to him. We put Zoltan on place and walked Zimba next to him, making sure both were following the skills boundaries. Zimba stayed next to his trainer, losing his focus as we started the lesson but with some repetition we managed to get him to fully engage with his trainer. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Targeting (touch) Comment: We worked on Zimba’s grab skill in the classroom. Zimba started the lesson well, grabbing the toy when asked. We started working on duration when Zimba decided he had enough of the skill and completely lost engagement. After a bit of time trying to get his engagement back he started grabbing the toy on and off. Focus: Repetition C+
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: Zimba finished the day off with his recalls. Zimba made his way down to the training yard to practice, focusing on loose lead on his way down. Zimba was low engagement this lesson aswell, choosing to only come back a few times and when he did he didn't want to go into a sit. As its been a big week for him we weren't too strict on him this lesson, making sure he came back but giving him some time and space. Focus: Distance B

We recommend your next step should be…
