"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Conditioning Comment: Zimba’s first session was water conditioning. Due to the weather the trainer used a container with water and the cheese to entice Zimba to it. Zimba would take cheese from the edges and did sniff the water but didn’t try and get the treats that were in the water. Keep working on this at home with his favourite treat and low levels of water. Focus: Conditioning X
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: Next up was recall. The trainer worked on conditioning the Va word, continuing on from Friday. Zimba was quite distracted in the classroom and even standing next to the trainer, didn’t turn his head when the trainer said Va. At home make sure this word is associated with food. Much like the yes marker. The trainer also worked on the finish position of the recall by working on getting Zimba to sit as close as possible to the trainer in front. He did well at this and it was a great session! Focus: Repetition C+
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: Last up for Zimba was hanky pull and Zimba progressed from last time he did this! He started to bite the hanky and even pulled it a little from the cone. However, he did loose focus towards the end of the session. The trainer enjoyed some cuddles and then got a couple more touches of the hanky before finishing the session. It was great to see Zimba progress with this treat and it will be fantastic to see Zimba pulling the hanky a little more consistently next time! Awesome work Zimba. Focus: Repetition B
