Zimba was so lovely to work with today. He is the biggest cuddle bug. The treats supplied today really got him working hard!
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|We focused on
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)
|Comment: This session focused on his loose lead with auto sits. Zimba loved the treats today! Zimba needed some guidance initially, every time we stopped we asked for a sit. After a few repetitions he picked up on the pattern and was doing it automatically - only needing a reminder every now and then. Good job Zimba!
|Skill learnt: Trick Training
|Comment: We spent this session working on his hold skill. Zimba would bite and let go repetitively so we made sure to reward him after a few attempts. We also started moving the object away just as he was about to bite it. This creates some frustration and makes him work even harder! Keep working on this one, we will get it eventually!
|Skill learnt: Middle Position
|Comment: This session focused on Zimba’s middles outside for extra distraction. Zimba did really well so we worked on increasing duration in position while also doing lots of repetitions. We worked near some sheep distractions as well to push him further. Good job Zimba 🙂
We recommend your next step should be…
A: Outstanding (90 – 100%) I understand my training, Neat & Complete! Ready to move on to higher difficulty & distraction
B: Great Work (80-89%) I mostly understand, Almost neat & complete! Needs practice in some areas. Mild distractions
C: Well Done (70-79%) Some good progress. Needs work, but on my way. Still learning. Low distractions.
D: Beginning (60-69%) My journey is just beginning, I don’t understand just yet. Introduction phase. No distraction.
E: Unable to Progress. Needs major focus, seek further options to assist.
X: Not gradable, the focus was on Enrichment, Socialisation & Engagement.
