|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: The trainer worked on place for Wolfgang's first session. But first of all she charged his yes marker. The word he relates to getting something right and a treat. You can continue this at home. Just say yes and give him a treat. He doesn't have to have done anything, it is getting him to associate that word with treats! When Wolfgang had a grasp of this the trainer introduced him to the place skill. This will be a great skill for Wolfgang to have as a young dog, especially when you have visitors. As it was his first time he didn't get to make the connection with the word place but you can continue to work on this at home with him. In future sessions the trainer would like to work with Wolfgang to really nail this skill.||Focus: Repetition||D|
