Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: For session one with willow we practiced the skill of drop. The trainer wanted to do this skill first so willow would gain attention and have engagement. Willow started off not listening, after using a lure for the fist drop Willow then had high engagement and followed through every drop without a lure. This session the trainer worked on Willows duration by rewarding frequently. Slowly through the session the trainer was able to decrease the rewards, Willow continued to do so well and showed great duration and engagement. Focus: Duration A
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: For session two with Willow we practiced the skill of loose lead. Willow did loose lead in the classroom very well although outside is too high of a distraction. For the remainder of the session we worked on willows loose lead in the classroom slowly getting closer to the door. The next step on from this skill would be slowly going outside with her loose lead. Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: For session three with Willow we practiced the skill of recall. When willow knows treats are involved she does very well at this skill. Although it doesn’t take long for her to tire out. Despite this she did very well at the beginning of the session. The next step for this skill would be using a longline to test her skills further. Focus: Obedience C+
