|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: In his first session, Tyr focused further on developing his skill place within the classroom. We focused on this skill to build his duration and conditioning to dogs. Tyr performed well, he did require a lure to go onto the bed, but once on the place, he settled quickly. The trainer was very impressed with how quickly he settled while on place and showed good duration.||Focus: Foundation||B|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: In his second session, Tyr focused on further developing his skill drop within the busy classroom environment. Tyr was initially distracted and struggled to follow a lure into the drop position, however, he quickly redirected his focus and moved straight into the drop skill. Once in drop, he initially struggled to hold duration but with some guidance, he began to perform well. During this session, he successfully remained in drop while other people and dogs were moving around the room, tennis balls were being thrown and scooters were moving around.||Focus: Foundation||B+|
|Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object)||Comment: In his final session, Tyr focused on further developing his confidence with new skill paws up on a wobble board. We focused on this skill as the trainers have noticed he can struggle with confidence at times. Tyr was initially hesitant to touch the wobble board, but with some patients and treats, he began to place his two front paws onto it. As the session progressed he began to reliably walk onto it.||Focus: Confidence||A+|
