|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Middle Position||Comment: In Tychos first session we trained figure of 8 something fun for him to learn. Tycho did amazing with this skill he knows middles pretty well so figure of 8 had him thinking more. Next session I would like to use less luring and see if he will nearly do it on his own.||Focus: Duration||A|
|Skill learnt: Targeting (touch)||Comment: In his second session we trained touch my hand, again another trick tittle session. We used a wooden spoon for this skill. Tycho kept trying to grab it with his mouth because he has been taught tug, he was a bit confused on what I was trying to ask from him, but towards the end he got the skill. Next session I would like to work on this again till he knows not to grab it with his mouth.||Focus: Repetition||C+|
|Skill learnt: Play||Comment: Tycho’s last session we trained Red Light Green Light, good skill for dogs to learn as then don’t have a off switch so we have to teach them that. Tycho did great there were a few times he wouldn’t drop on command but saying “nah ah” and using the foot break he would then listen. Next session I would like to work on this and get him to drop straight away.||Focus: Duration||B+|
