Tui was a little unsettled today, he did progress well throughout the day but was not his usual self. We would recommend continuing to practise his skill at home to further his understanding.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Conditioning||Comment: In his first session, Tui focused on further developing his skill place within the classroom. We focused on this skill to build his confidence while also building his basic obedience. Tui initially walked onto the bed well with some guidance from the trainer. As the session progressed Tui became unsettled in the classroom, the trainer used the remainder of this session to work on boosting his confidence in the classroom and around the facility with a little exposure session.||Focus: Conditioning||X|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: In his second session, Tui focused on further developing his confidence in the classroom with a new skill called rug roll. We focused on this skill as it is easy and he is accomplishing small successes which helps build his confidence. Rug role is where the trainer places treats in a rolled-up yoga mat and encourage him to roll it out. Tui was distracted during this session but did complete several repetitions of beginning to move the mat.||Focus: Confidence||C+|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: In his final session, Tui was distracted and nervous in the busy classroom environment, the trainer used this session to work on his loose lead and explore the facility. Tui initially struggled to walk calmly on the lead, but with some guidance from the trainer and encouragement, he began to perform well. While walking he enjoyed the little sniff stops to have a little sniff.||Focus: Foundation||C|
