Tink worked with a new trainer in the classroom with dog distractions throughout her day today. Tink happily worked with her new friend and did very well ignoring the other dogs around
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: We started our day with some Red light, green light. We played with yonk, getting her excited before putting her on place and getting her to settle down before release and playing again. Think stepped off a few times while on the bed, although hopping on immediately every time she was asked.||Focus: Repetition||C|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: Tink practiced her Drops around dog distraction in the classroom. We focused on getting her to drop with just the verbal. Think completely ignored the other dogs, going into her drop everytime, although taking her time some times as she slowly went into the skill.||Focus: Repetition||B|
|Skill learnt: Middle Position||Comment: Tink finished with her middles skill. Tink felt uncomfortable going under her new trainer's legs so we had to practice from the foundations, throwing the treat between our legs before letting her back into a sit while sitting between them. After a bit of repetition we were about to lure her with the treat in our hand. As the lesson went on, her middle skill became more reliable with her new trainer.||Focus: Repetition||C+|
