Thomas's Doggy Dayschool Report

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: This first session focused on some place training in the classroom. We focused mainly on duration while the trainer moved around him slowly to distract him. Thomas did well, remaining on place with a silly trainer around him. Keep working on this skill, really building up the distractions. Focus: Duration B+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: This session we practiced some loose lead walking outside. Thomas was a bit distracted by his surroundings so we moved somewhere with less activity. Thomas showed some engagement with the trainer but was still very interested in his environment. Make sure to practice engagement games and even encourage play/tug with a toy when outside of the home environment. Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: For his last session we practiced some drop durations outside. Thomas showed some nice understanding of his drop so we were able to work on the grass for some distractions. He did break position a couple times when the trainer moved quickly but we just guided him back into the drop then reset! Focus: Duration B
