Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Middle Position Comment: Last day, fun day – To finish up the year the trainers used the first two sessions to revisit some of Teddys skills including: • Place • Sit • Drop • Around • Ta-Da • Never Ending Hanky • Middle • Spin During the first session Teddy was initially distracted by the outside environment, to help him settle the trainer was sending him to and from place. Teddy redirected his focus quickly and then the fun began. Teddy performed very well with the skills listed above! He initially required a lure for around and middle, but this was quickly able to be weaned off to a verbal cue and hand signal. The trainer loved Teddy’s enthusiasm when it came to his Ta-Da, he could not do it fast enough! Teddy loves his trick training and really enjoyed showing off his skills to all the trainers. Continuing Teddy’s trick training at home will help build his engagement and be lots of fun for you and him. Focus: Repetition A+
