Shadow's Doggy Dayschool Report

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: This session we jumped straight into door manners and loose lead. Making sure he is in the right frame of mind before heading outside. He showed some good engagement with the trainer, responding nicely to their movements. However he did get a bit distracted by people today, we had to really work on redirecting his focus back to us and creating some distance. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: This session we worked on his place training inside the classroom. Here there were some people and dog distractions present - there were also some loud bird noises from next door. He showed some good focus, only breaking position a couple times the entire session. He did have a moment of complete distraction when he spotted a small dog in a crate but we were able to guide him back onto place, reset and regain his focus. Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Lastly we worked on his drops outside. Shadow was very excited this session that he got the zoomies, we used this to our advantage. Practicing some red-light-green-light drops! Getting him all excited and then stop, drop, hold it and then release back into play. He seemed to really enjoy this high energy training! Focus: Distraction B+

We recommend your next step should be…
