Sarai's Doggy Dayschool Report

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: We had a few more dogs left in their outdoor runs today for added distraction. There were even some high energy dogs that did set Sarai off a couple times but we were able to quickly redirect her focus back to the tug toy. Her drops are improving and we are able to flirt the tug toy more while she holds position. Focus: Duration B
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: We aimed for longer durations while on place, letting her decompress while all the dogs were barking around her. She did well to ignore the dogs while she held place - she would occasionally glance in their direction but then back to barking at the trainer to throw the toy. Focus: Duration B
Skill learnt: Play Comment: This session focused heavily on her “out” we would let Sarai chase the toy but when she brought it back to the trainer we made a good game of grabbing it and holding it while she thrashed around. Trainer Shevi also came to join in the fun for a little bit! Sarai was a bit cheeky with her “out” today, making the trainer work hard to not let go of that toy. Sarai did improve as she got more tired throughout the session. Focus: Manners C+
