|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: Session one and two for Sampson we practiced loose lead and drops in a wedding setting as the wedding is coming up soon!!. Sammy had great engagement the whole session and didn’t get distracted once! The trainer had 4 staff and 4 dogs sit in the row of chairs as a distraction! They were clapping yelling and moving around to imitate a wedding setting. This did not bother Sampson and he did amazing! He continued to have great engagement with the trainer and great duration in the drops when he was asked. This is great to see!||Focus: Distraction||A+|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: Session three with Sampson we practiced his drop skill through play. Sampson loves his toys so this was great to test him with. Sampson was razzes up with the toy followed by being asked to drop! Then his reward was going back to playing. This was practiced throughout the session, Sampson did so well! He dropped every time he was asked remaining to have great duration and engagement. It’s good to test his drops under different circumstances so that we can build a strong drop.||Focus: Distraction||A+|
