2023-09-19

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object) Comment: First session Robbie worked on his paws up and pivoting. He is starting to show some good progress with pivoting around the pod and building his rear end awareness. We are working on rotating between treat lures or a hand movement to help guide him around the pod to start weaning the treat lure out. He still needs it occasionally as he begins to lose interest without the treat. Focus: Confidence B
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: Robbie’s second session we worked on his roll over trick. Initially he only rolled onto his back and gave us the eyes for some tummy rubs but by the end of the session was consistently rolling over with the help of a slight lure and the verbal cue. He has picked this up well and has a lot of fun doing it! Focus: Repetition B
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: Final session Robbie worked on his button press skill. He is getting so good at this and responding well to the verbal cue. We have begun moving the button around to different areas to encourage him to target to the button. He can find it challenging when we add some height and instead paws at the trainers leg but is showing good progress! Go Robbie! Focus: Distance B+

We recommend your next step should be…
