Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: For session one we practiced the backwards hug skill, each session we are seeing lots on improvement in Remis understanding of this skill. We decreased the lure and our shoulder distance and he is doing so well at adjusting to this. This session with all the distractions around the classroom he put all his focus into the trainer little Remi is always focused and ready to learn. Focus: Repetition B+
Skill learnt: Middle Position Comment: We asked Remi to go to middles and we were using food distractions both kibble and fritz. Remi did so well at controlling his impulse and stayed in middles until he was released every time. This was performed in the classroom around medium levels of distractions. It would be good to further practice this in different environments. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Remi did extremely well performing outside with a Dinosaur distraction! He had all focus on the trainer, followed instructions and was not phased by the dinosaur distracttion. Focus: Distraction A+
