Remi absolutely loves his training days now!!
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: First session we started with backwards hug. He’s doing really well and loves using the opportunity for cuddles. We have started lowering our arm (less prompting and more encouragement to go on the shoulder) which he responded really well to.||Focus: Repetition||B+|
|Skill learnt: Middle Position||Comment: Little Remi started the skill with a little struggle when we used food as the distraction although he did improve throughout the session. It would be good to get Remi to perform this skill at home before his meal time and try to encourage him to walk past the food. He is very food driven therefore we want to encourage him to ignore food and focus on the command when he is out and about.||Focus: Distraction||B|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: Remi does well at drops but when movement is added he struggles, so through the lesson we walked at a normal pace but slowed right down when commanding a 'drop'. As the session progressed the trainer was able to increase the speed of the walk when commanding a drop. The next step is to add distance.||Focus: Repetition||B+|
