"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object) Comment: Session one with Remi we started with his skill of walking backwards onto objects. Remi did really well on the textured wobbly pods so the trainer moved to using higher steps. Remi needs a lure but is doing so well at following onto the pod backwards. The trainer added two pods and aimed for Remi to have a foot on each. Remi had great engagement and duration! He followed the lure very well and was trying very hard to get onto the pods with each foot. Focus: Repetition A+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: Session two with Remi we worked on his skill of loose lead walking behind. Remi needed a lure to begin with to get him in the right spot although for the remainder of the session he understood and preformed this skill amazingly. The trainer chose to do this outside to add higher distractions in a different environment. Remi had great engagement and did very well. Focus: Distraction A+
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Session three with Remi we practiced his skill of emergency drops in the cattery. It was quickly noticed that Remi is not a big fan of cats. So the trainer worked on his drop duration as well near the cats with frequent rewards. To begin with Remi was a little reactive around the cats but once the rewards were increased Remi didn’t care at all and had great engagement with the trainer. Focus: Distraction A

We recommend your next step should be…
