Remi's Doggy Dayschool Report

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: Remi’s first session was walk behind to practice his current skill. He reliably performed this skill. He showed great engagement with the trainer and successfully ignored distractions. Continuing practice on this skill will be beneficial to improve his confidence. He is a very clever dog who shows that he thinks about what he is doing. Focus: Manners A
Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object) Comment: For Remi’s second session we focused on Pods back up to increase his spatial awareness. He managed this skill initially with only one hind foot making it onto the pod, so we replaced the pod with a larger step to give him more room and he soon got the idea and was backing up to place both hind feet on the step. To further this skill, we then moved back to a slightly larger pod and he continued to get his hind feet up. Continue this skill at home and he will soon be reliably performing it. Focus: Foundation B
Skill learnt: Middle Position Comment: Remi did ‘middles’ skills forward and back for his third session today which is an extension of his already learned skill. He performed really well once focused on the trainer and reliably moved to the middle position and walked forwards and backwards with only voice commands and hand signals. Well done Remi. Recommend continue this skill at home for consistency and reliability. Focus: Repetition A+

We recommend your next step should be…
