Pretzel's Doggy Dayschool Report

2024-03-06

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: We focused on lots of quick repetitions on and off the bed today. We also mixed in some trainer distraction while he held position. He chose to lay down a few times, showing improved impulse control which is great. Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Sit Comment: We worked on his sit today, helping pretzel understand the difference between sit and drop. We found that we could lure him into the sit if we placed our hand underneath him - gently reminding him to keep his front end up! Focus: Back to Basics C+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: We finished off with some loose lead while Maggie was in the classroom. He was quite distracted but was able to walk nicely on the lead. His engagement definitely needs some work around Maggie but practice makes perfect. Focus: Distraction C+

We recommend your next step should be…
