2022-03-29

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: Session one with Poppy we practiced her recall skill on a long line outside. Poppy did start the session off distracted although after a few repetitions she gained engagement with the trainer! The trainer added more and more distance as poppy progressed. By the end of the session poppy was very engaged and excited with her skill. Focus: Distraction A
Skill learnt: Middle Position Comment: Session two with Poppy we practiced her skill of middles. The trainer used the classroom so poppy could practice middles without a lead and having greater distance. Poppy was very good at this skill! She was completing the middles skill every time she was asked with a large distance. The next step for this skill to further test her middles skill would be moving outside with the long line. Focus: Repetition A+
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: Session three with Poppy we practiced a new skill. We have started practicing poppy walking backwards which will lead into a bigger skill in the future. We are aiming towards teaching Poppy how to do a handstand! Poppy does really well at walking backwards following a lure. So this session we focused on getting used to walking backwards as well as fading the lure. The next step would be adding a ramp behind her to slowly get her used to the feeling. Focus: Confidence A+

We recommend your next step should be…
