Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Session one with Poppy we practiced her skill of drop using high distractions including, toys, balls, people, pram, dog, scooter and skate boards. Poppy did extremely well she had no reactivity towards other dogs. She didn’t break her drop once during the whole session, she had high engagement and did very well throughout the session. Focus: Distraction A
Skill learnt: Crate Training Comment: For session two with poppy we practiced her skill of “Crate” sending to and from. Poppy did amazing!! The trainer put toys all around the crate and dogs were in the crate next to her, Poppy went straight in and out of the crate without any issues at all. The trainer was super impressed with her crate session. Focus: Distraction A+
Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object) Comment: For session three with poppy we practiced her paws up skill on a scooter. The trainer asked for paws up and then lured her to move forward with the scooter. Poppy did get a little nervous when the scooter was moving although with some great encouragement she started making improvement throughout the session. Focus: Confidence A+
