|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: (TUG)- his session as a whole went really well, spent the session training the tug skill, responded to commands amazingly however he was biting more on the edge of the tug toy and not in the centre, he was also quite distracted and had issues with impulse control when the toy was in motion, for the end of the session we trained his drop duration and while he struggled a little when the toy was being kicked around he settled and was able to remain in the middle of the room for the whole end of the session with distractions, however this could still use some work||Focus: Foundation||B+|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: Tycho is able to place on the bed just from a verbal command but has had issues in the past with a high food drive, today during the session we focused on remaining in the place position while using food as a distraction, im happy to report Tyco only broke off the bed twice during the whole session but I believe this was due to the fact he hadn’t settled yet and but was able to calm down and focus more at the task at hand, have noticed he likes to push boundaries and will stand in the edge of the bed when In place so tried to get him to remain in the drop position whilst on the bed and continued with the food distractions, still needs a bit of work with food distractions and calming down around food.||Focus: Distraction||C+|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: was very excited at the begginging but took very little encouragement to settle down, had great distance from and and engagement without distractions, he was very distracted by trees and marking them something to keep an eye out for in future training, practised some emergency drops and middles whilst out walking and he had no troubles at all||Focus: Repetition||B+|
