"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: For session one with Phoenix we started with her skill of place. There was no other dogs in the classroom so the trainer took the opportunity to work on her impulse control with other distractions which is also important! Phoenix does really well! She didn’t break for food, toy or distance distractions. Although her weakness was when the trainer lead being crazy running around. So for the remainder of the session we worked on it and she was definitely improving. Focus: Distraction B+
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: For session two we practiced Phoenix’s drop skill. Again using distractions for her impulse control. Phoenix drops were so good the trainer decided to practice her emergency drops! This was done by speed walking/ running meanwhile asking for a drop. Phoenix had amazing engagement and duration and overall had an amazing session. Focus: Distraction A+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: For session three with Phoenix we practiced her loose lead skill. Phoenix struggled a lot this session. The trainer had to reward her frequently to gain any engagement or loose lead. For the remainder of the session the trainer worked hard on this skill. By the end of the session we were able to make it outside to practice a little, although she was buggered and had enough. Little miss Phoenix will sleep well tonight that’s for sure! Focus: Back to Basics C
