Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: In his first session, Mr Phoenix was very excited to be training and he initially struggled to show engagement. The trainer took the time to help him relax while walking to the classroom. As he was so excited Phoenix displayed the challenging behaviour of pulling on the lead. Quickly Phoenix began to settle and walk well. For the remainder of this session, the trainer challenged him with drop under distractions. Although interested in the distractions he did not break drop. Focus: Obedience B
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: In his second session, Phoenix focused on further developing his skill rope pull within the classroom. We focused on this skill to challenge his problem-solving skills while resting his legs. Phoenix performed well, he interacted with the rope quickly touching it with his nose. As the session progressed he began to open his mouth onto the rope and begin to pull. This is great progress in one session. Focus: Foundation B
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: In his final session, Phoenix focused on learning the new skill roll over while in the classroom. We focused on this skill to challenge Phoenix with something new. Phoenix struggled to learn this skill, while in a drop he followed a lure onto his side but was uncomfortable in this position. The trainer spent some time conditioning him to this to help build his confidence. The next step would be to lure him over into a full rollover. Focus: Foundation C
