Phoenix came out of the gate ready to go today, with some cheekiness throughout the day although focused on each task with his full engagement.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|We focused on
|Skill learnt: Trick Training
|Comment: Phoenix focused on improving his soccer skills during the session, with an emphasis on hitting the ball multiple times before receiving a treat. Phoenix showed readiness, hitting the ball immediately. We gradually increased the difficulty, requiring him to hit the ball consistently two and then three times before receiving a treat. Phoenix concluded the lesson consistently hitting the ball at least three times consistently.
|Skill learnt: Middle Position
|Comment: Phoenix worked on his middles skill, using a lure through our legs. We dangled the treat on the other side of our legs to get him to go through, before using the same treat to get him in betwen our legs into psoition. In the past we've had to manouver ourself around to help him through but today he happily circled himself around and in between our legs. Phoenix happily did this all the way until the end of the lesson where we rewarded him with some cuddles.
|Skill learnt: Muzzle Conditioning
|Comment: Phoenix finished with his muzzle conditioning, really pushing his duration. We focused on getting him to put his own nose in the muzzle, before keeping it for more and more duration. We started only paying him after 4 seconds, slowly building it up. By the end of the lesson we would put his own nose in and hold it there for 10 seconds at a time consistently.
