2023-12-01

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Muzzle Conditioning Comment: Phoenix started a bit slow today, lacking engagement. Once in the classroom, Phoenix was more interested in cuddling with his trainer than doing any work. We began working with his muzzle, and Phoenix offered a few repetitions before seeking a break for a stomach rub. The lesson continued with Phoenix providing only a couple of repetitions at a time before taking breaks. We focused on boosting his engagement, considering the boarding environment might affect his focus. Focus: Repetition C
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: Phoenix had a more engaging lesson working on his soccer skill. We concentrated on getting him to consistently touch the ball atleast once when asked. Initially slow, Phoenix progressively improved, touching the ball more quickly. As he became more proficient, we encouraged him to nudge it harder, sending it further across the room before rewarding him. Phoenix displayed better engagement throughout the lesson, actively working for treats. Focus: Confidence B
Skill learnt: Ring a Bell Comment: Phoenix continued with his ring bell skill, transitioning to the more challenging rope bell. This required Phoenix to grab the rope with his mouth before ringing it. After consistent nudges with his nose, Phoenix successfully put it in his mouth multiple times, finishing the lesson on a strong repetition. Focus: Confidence C+

We recommend your next step should be…
