We doubled the sessions today because they didn’t get trained Thursday as all the trainers had meetings.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: In pennys first session we trained drop with duration, this skill will help prevent her jumping and having control of her. She did pretty well with this skill we didn’t leave her in the position for long so she wouldn’t be able to break her self. In her next level I would like to work on this more and hopefully get her to stay in the position for longer.||Focus: Duration||B|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: In Pennys second session we trained place with duration, this skill helps them to have a safe place and for them to relax as well. She did pretty well with this skill we had two other dogs in training and she didn’t take much notice. In her next level I would like to keep working on the duration see if she can stay on for a minute without breaking.||Focus: Duration||B|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: In her third session we trained Lose lead outside, this skill will help prevent her pulling to any distractions. She did really well with this skill barley pulled at all, we also had dogs up in the kennels that we could see and them barking at her and she’s didn’t take any notice. In her next level I would love to see more engagement with her and hopefully taking treats as well.||Focus: Distraction||A|
|Skill learnt: Recall||Comment: In her fourth session we trained Recall this skill will help when taking her to a doggy park or even when you just have her in the back yard and wanted her to come to you when calling her name. She did really well will this skill we had her on a long line I would say penny loudly when she was half way coming to me I would say come and run backwards, until she was at my feet. In her next level I would like her to come to her name straight away.||Focus: Distraction||B+|
|Skill learnt: Middle Position||Comment: In Pennys Fifth session we trained Middles, this skill is something fun to teach them. This skill is luring them through your legs then luring there nose up so there looking up at you. She picked it up really easy and started eating treats. Next level I would still like to train this and work on duration in middles.||Focus: Duration||B|
|Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object)||Comment: In penny’s last session we trained paws up, again this skill is something fun to train and is a good trick skill. She picked this up straight away we did it on a bosu ball that was bigger and she did it straight away. In her next level I would like to see if we could try it on something abit smaller.||Focus: Duration||B+|
