Opal's Doggy Dayschool Report

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Leave Comment: For her first session we did some training for “leave it”. She was a bit distracted but we pushed through it and she did very well for only her second try at this. Focus: Repetition C
Skill learnt: Crate Training Comment: for her second session we worked on crate training. This helps her switch off mentally, and so far she’s doing an amazing job. Her last session she was over stimulated and got frustrated easily by being in the crate. This session she settled immediately and knew it was a place to settle and relax. Focus: Repetition B
Skill learnt: Leave Comment: For our second session of “leave it” for today I decided to increase the difficulty and further proof the behaviour by having piles of fritz on the floor, while simultaneously walking Opal next too and over the high value reward while telling her to leave it. When she did leave it she was rewarded with fritz. Opal picked the easier option which was to listen to her handler and take the handlers reward. Focus: Repetition B

We recommend your next step should be…
