Again Oli did really well today in all his session, I would definitely like to try and work on him around other dogs to get him used of being around them and not barking, sometimes it works out that there is another trainer on at the same time but sometimes it doesn’t.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: In Oli’s first session we trained drops with Broome distractions, he did pretty well with this skill sometimes he would break from his drop but don’t think it had anything to do with the Broome, he didn’t take notice of the Broome so maybe it just takes some practicing at home.||Focus: Duration||A|
|Skill learnt: Recall||Comment: In his second session we trained recalls inside, we had to train this inside because it was raining unfortunately. He did really well again we played with the ball, but after awhile he just wanted the food. Half way throw his session we had another dog come in and he didn’t even take notice of him until they started playing and he started barking. I think his next level is working around other dogs.||Focus: Distraction||B+|
|Skill learnt: Middle Position||Comment: Oli’s last session we trained middles, he does know this skill pretty well so half way through I started to slowly move the lure away, towards the end of the session I wasn’t luring just saying middle and he would go straight into the position, I would like to work on this more with him and maybe moving away from him as well so he actually has to walk to you to go into the position.||Focus: Distraction||A|
We recommend your next step should be…
A: Outstanding (90 – 100%) I understand my training, Neat & Complete! Ready to move on to higher difficulty & distraction
B: Great Work (80-89%) I mostly understand, Almost neat & complete! Needs practice in some areas. Mild distractions
C: Well Done (70-79%) Some good progress. Needs work, but on my way. Still learning. Low distractions.
D: Beginning (60-69%) My journey is just beginning, I don’t understand just yet. Introduction phase. No distraction.
E: Unable to Progress. Needs major focus, seek further options to assist.
X: Not gradable, the focus was on Enrichment, Socialisation & Engagement.
