|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: In his first session Norbit focused on further developing his skill drop, working on building relaxation around Dyson. Norbit was very distracted by Dyson being close proximity. Initially he did not respond to the verbal cue drop or the hand signal. As the session progressed the trainer utilized a lure which helped redirect his focus and perform the skill well. As he was focused better, he began to respond to the verbal cue drop but struggle with his duration.||Focus: Obedience||C+|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: In his second session, Norbit focused on further developing his skill drop with duration under distractions. We focused on this skill as he has been struggling to remain in drop under distractions recently. Norbit performed very well, he broke drop once initially but maintained it well with some guidance and reinforcement. He successfully remained in drop while the trainer walked around the classroom, Dyson was training and with food placed in front of him.||Focus: Duration||B+|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: In his final session, Norbit focused on learning the new skill roll over within the classroom (Dyson and another dog training). Norbit was initially distracted during this session, He showed minimal engagement and struggled to follow a lure. As the session progressed, he began to slowly redirect his focus and perform several successful repetitions of rollover. He did struggle with this skill so it would be great skill to practice at home.||Focus: Foundation||C+|
