Miss Molly was super brave today! So proud of her!!

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Engagement||Comment: Molly started off her day playing an engagement game in the classroom to help build her focus. She did really well! She checked back in with the trainer each time she received her treato, which is exactly what we want. She also seemed much more confident in the classroom this session!||Focus: Distraction||A|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: Next up, Molly worked on her ‘paws up’ skill for the first 5 minutes of her session to help build some confidence. She did awesome!! Keep practicing at home! For the next 10 minutes Molly worked on her ‘drop’ skill with numerous distractions. At first she broke a handful of times, but with the use of her non-reward marker “ah ah”, she would plop back down. Keep challenging her at home, she does know what she is meant to be doing!||Focus: Distraction||B|
|Skill learnt: Desensitisation||Comment: To finish up, brave little Molly worked on desensitising to the big bad blow dryer. The trainer simply just turned the blower on, but did not bring it near Molly as the sound alone was enough for her. She took her treats well during this time, but once the trainer turned the blower off she became very unsettled and anxious. The rest of the session was just full of cuddles and treats (when she took them). Keep working on this at home!||Focus: Desensitisation||X|
