It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object) Comment: For Mojos first session we worked on his paws up skill. This skill is good for building confidence which mojo lacks when stepping up onto objects. We used the skateboard for this session. Mojo did really well and was stepping up onto the skateboard when asked however he still does become slightly nervous when the skateboard moved. His back legs often freeze and bend. The next step for Mojo will be to try get him to move his back legs while the skateboard is moving showing him that he is able to walk with his front paws on the skateboard. Focus: Confidence B+
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: For Mojos second session we worked on his place skill. This session was used to increase his confidence as Mojo still struggles to step onto the bed to begin with. It took Mojo about a minute to step onto the bed and he needed lots of encouragement. Once mojo had stepped on once he was fine to step on and off multiple times. The next step for Mojo will be to continue working on getting him to step onto place so he doesn’t take that first minute to step up the first time and instead will go straight onto place. Focus: Repetition B
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: For Mojos last session we worked on his drops outside. This is a good skill as it puts him into a controlled position around distractions. Mojo did really well outside and went into him drops majority of the time. There were only a couple of times which Mojo didn’t go into his drop but he would correct himself as soon as the trainer told him ‘uh uh’. The next step for Mojo will be to keep working on his drops however increase the distractions in the environment. Focus: Distraction B+
