|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: In his first session, Mojo focused on further developing his skill 'drop' under high distractions (training around the kennels with dogs barking). We focused on this skill to build his impulse control and further develop his understanding of this skill. Mojo was initially distracted by the barking dog and struggled to engage with his trainer. As the session progressed he quickly began to redirect his focus and perform very well. Once engaged he impressed the trainer with his focus and ability to ignore the distraction.||Focus: Distraction||B+|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: In his second session, Mojo focused on further developing his skill 'hanky'. We focused on this skill to challenge his problem-solving skills. Mojo interacted with the hanky straight away, touching it with his nose. As the session progressed he slowly began to lick the hanky, then open his mouth onto it. The trainer was impressed with how well he performed during this session.||Focus: Foundation||C+|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: In his final session, Mojo focused on further developing his skill 'loose lead' walking while also practising his 'sit' and 'drop'. Mojo performs well with his loose lead, despite distractions. Mojo also performed well with his sit's, after practising his sit's he can struggle to drop. But with some guidance, he began to drop when asked. We suggest practising both his sits and drops at home.||Focus: Foundation||C|
