Mojo's Doggy Dayschool Report

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: For Mojos first session we worked on his skateboard skill. This skill helps to build confidence. Mojo is more nervous on the skateboard than Freya so we worked mainly on conditioning him to stepping onto the skateboard. He did really well throughout his session and would slowly step onto the skateboard. Towards the end the trainer was even able to move the skateboard without him stepping off! The next step for Mojo will be to continue working on conditioning him to the skateboard as he was still nervous stepping onto it. Focus: Confidence B
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: For Mojos second session we worked on his sit pretty skill. This skill is useful for building muscle and balance. Mojo did really well and once he did sit pretty once, he picked up what was expected very quickly. Again a lure was used as Mojo was only learning the skill. The next step for Mojo will be to continue working on the basics of his sit pretty skill. Focus: Repetition B
Skill learnt: Paws Up (on object) Comment: For Mojos last session we worked on his paws up as we went to do his place skill however he didn’t want to step onto the bed. We determined that this was not to do with the bed but more so he was nervous about the action of stepping onto and off of it. Therefore we worked on some paws up to build more confidence with this action. As Mojo has lost quiet abit of confidence with this action, doing paws up at home with different objects will be an effective way to help build it up again! Focus: Confidence X
