|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: In his first session, Mojo focused on further developing his 'loose lead' walking around high distractions (training outside while Kong was in close proximity). We focused on this skill to build engagement and proof his loose lead walking around high distractions. Mojo performed very well, he showed great engagement with his trainer and ignored all distractions. When walking in a new area he can lose focus initially, but with some guidance he redirects his focus quickly. Next time we would like to further challenge him with distraction. We suggest continuing to practice this skill at home, focusing on engagement.||Focus: Distraction||A|
|Skill learnt: Drop/ Down||Comment: In his second session, Mojo focused on further developing his skill 'drop' with repetitions under distractions. We focused on this skill to continue challenging Mojo with proofing his drops and. Mojo performed very well, he did not break drop despite the high distractions, including balls, toys, speakers and people. Mojo performed amazingly, he required little assistance from his trainer to stay in drop, the trainer was blown away with his progress. We suggest continuing to practise this skill at home.||Focus: Distraction||A|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: In his final session, Mojo focused on further developing his skill 'send to place' with repetitions. We focused on increasing the distance between the trainer and the bed. Mojo performed very well, he can struggle when the distance is increased, but with some guidance he quickly begins to go straight to the bed. Today he successfully went to place from two meters without the trainer walking with him or guiding him. Next time we would like to begin adding distractions.||Focus: Distance||B+|
