It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: For Millie’s first session today we worked on her drop skill inside with dog distraction and then moved outside with all the worldly distractions like sheep, sheep poo and cows. She did really well with most distractions however the animal poo was a tough one for her. She broke a couple times so we moved further away and slowly built up engagement and made progress back towards the distraction. After a while she didn’t care and showed the trainer 100% engagement. Focus: Distraction C+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: For her second session today we worked on her loose lead skill. She did really well unless there were smelly distractions! The trainer would stop and wait for her to show engagement and then keep walking. Sometimes if she was pulling like crazy, the trainer would wait for engagement do a couple skills and then the reward was for her to smell whatever it was that interested her. Overall she does very well and does have great engagement when focused. Focus: Distraction B
Skill learnt: Targeting (touch) Comment: For her last session today we got her working on her touch skill and using the treat and train machine to reward. She was super enthusiastic about this and had obviously done it before. She took a while to understand that touch meant treat, but after a few repetitions she did great! Focus: Repetition B+
