Millie's Doggy Dayschool Report

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: Millie’s first session was loose lead walking. This was done where there was a bit of working going on. However, she was more interested in the smells on the ground than anything else. The trainer worked in a small area and Millie did start to focus a little better. Focus: Distraction C+
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: Next session for Millie was place. Given the weather at that moment the session was in the low distracting classroom. Millie did really well. Until the trainer started using bowls of food as a distraction. Getting Millie onto place was a challenge. The trainer took it back to basics and used a food lure to get Millie to walk passed the food and into place. This helped but going forward this will be a good challenge for future sessions. Focus: Distraction C+
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Drops and spins in the kennel aisle was last up for Millie. She really struggled with this today. The trainer added the spins in to help keep Millie focused and it did work while working. In future sessions the trainer will look to out Millie in this part of the kennel again for drops. Focus: Distraction D+
