Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Millie’s first session started as soon as she arrived with drops. This will help Millie to learn she has to drop regardless of the distractions. Millie did have trouble focusing at the start. But as the session progressed Millie did hold position when the trainer moved away from her. The goal is for Millie to come in and hold a drop while the trainers move in and out of the room and with other dogs in the corridor. Focus: Distraction C+
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: Millie’s second session was loose lead walking with drops near the kennel. Again we are pushing millie’s distraction level. She pulled quite a bit today and the trainer had to keep changing directions to get Millie to focus. Her drops also suffered for the distractions and this is a goal to work towards for next time. Focus: Distraction C
Skill learnt: Obstacle Course (Confidence Building) Comment: Millies last session was a combo session as she needed extra walking and drop work today. But to break it up the trainer took her to the confidence course. Surprisingly she was a bit hesitant but before long she did a couple of laps before she slowed to take in the smells. Her drops were much better after this with lower distractions. It was great to get her back on track so that next session we can introduce the higher level distractions again. Focus: Repetition X
