Miley did so well today! She smashed out her skills and working near other dogs, keep up the great work!
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.
Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!
"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."
|We focused on
|Skill learnt: Place Training
|Comment: For her first session we worked on sending Miley between different place objects including a raised bed, a box and a yoga mat. Miley did really well with this when sending between each one at a short distance though struggled a little with the yoga mat a few times. Practice sending Miley to different place objects at home to help her understand she needs to go to the one you point at (and practice on lead so that you can take her to the correct one if she tries a different one).
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)
|Comment: For her second session we took Miley outside for loose lead in the carpark around another dog. She did so well with the German Shepherd working on place nearby, she kept great focus on the trainer while moving closer. She did get super distracted by a pug puppy moving past but otherwise did so well!
|Skill learnt: Conditioning
|Comment: For her last session we worked on brushing Miley's backend and behind her back legs while muzzled. Miley did really well with this though the trainer did have to keep picking up her back end as she would keep sitting during the session. We also did a tiny bit of paw which she had no issues with. Keep working on this as she is getting better with it each time.
We recommend your next step should be…
A: Outstanding (90 – 100%) I understand my training, Neat & Complete! Ready to move on to higher difficulty & distraction
B: Great Work (80-89%) I mostly understand, Almost neat & complete! Needs practice in some areas. Mild distractions
C: Well Done (70-79%) Some good progress. Needs work, but on my way. Still learning. Low distractions.
D: Beginning (60-69%) My journey is just beginning, I don’t understand just yet. Introduction phase. No distraction.
E: Unable to Progress. Needs major focus, seek further options to assist.
X: Not gradable, the focus was on Enrichment, Socialisation & Engagement.
