|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Place Training||Comment: In mila’s first session we trained send to place from a distance. At first we did short repetitions to get her brain thinking. Then we started releasing her and sending from a distance. She did do really well, there were a few times she got distracted but all the other times she was amazing. We also had another dog in training and two other people doing work inside the classroom which was a good distraction for her.||Focus: Distance||B+|
|Skill learnt: Play||Comment: In her second session we trained RLGL with drops. Now this is a game we’re you get them over aroused then put them in a controlled position either place or drops. She did really well with this skill I was so impressed by how far she has come. We will keep working on this this is perfect for her engagement and understanding that what her see is excited about she still need to listen.||Focus: Distraction||A|
|Skill learnt: Ring a Bell||Comment: Milas last session we trained ring the bell. So for this skill she had to tug on the rope to be able to ring the bell. She did so well with this, she ended up doing it straight after another, and I didn’t have time to give her a treat. So because she knows it really well I would put her in a drop from a distance then I would point to the object and say ‘ring’ then she would get up and ring the bell. Again she did really well there were a few times she wouldn’t listen to me asking for a drop, but she slowly progressed and did so so well.||Focus: Distance||A|
