Maverick's Doggy Dayschool Report

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull) Comment: Maverick had a focus on loose lead walking with spins to help for his recalls in the next sessions. Mav was a little distracted at first but settled into the session as it went on. Next time it would be good to see him not as distracted. Focus: Repetition B
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: Recalls was the focus of Maverick’s second session. The trainer did this on a normal length lead this session and Mav did struggle to resist the smells and come back to the trainer. As the session progressed Mav started to focus more and responded more when the trainer called him. Focus: Repetition D+
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: Mav’s last session was recalls with a long lead. The trainer started on the shorted lead but quickly moved onto the long lead. Again Mav was slow to respond and leave the smells but by the end of the session was doing well. He did struggle when other dogs and people were around. Next time it would be good to see Mav come even when the distractions are higher. Focus: Distraction D+
