It was great to work with Mr Mav today. He is progressing very well with his skills and showed great engagement and enthusiasm for his training today.
It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

|Skill||Comment||We focused on||Grade|
|Skill learnt: Loose Lead (No pull)||Comment: In his first session, Mav focused on further developing his skill 'loose lead' walking around the Pet Retreat facility. Around the facility there were many distractions, including people, dogs, gardeners and lawnmower. Maverick performed very well, he showed great engagement with his trainer and responded well to the verbal cue drop. He can become distracted with multiple dogs around him, but redirects his focus quickly.||Focus: Distraction||B+|
|Skill learnt: Recall||Comment: In his second session, Maverick focused on further developing his skill 'recall / come' outside in a low distracting environment (quite with concrete floor). Maverick performed very well, he responds well to the cue come, returns to trainer and goes into the sit position. He can struggle when the distractions are increased, however after several repetitions he successfully recalled away from one piece of kibble. Great progress.||Focus: Foundation||B+|
|Skill learnt: Trick Training||Comment: In his final session, Mav focused on further developing his skill 'roll over' within the classroom. Maverick performs well with this skill, he follows a lure well and completed several successful repetitions. However, as the session progressed, he began to stop following the lure as he was tired, the trainer used the remainder of his session to improve his drop duration.||Focus: Foundation||C+|
