Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: Session one with Mav we began with his skill of drop. This session the trainer focused on conditioning him to the cats in the cattery. Mav did have poor engagement to begin with and was focused on the cats! He did bark once but the trainer re directed his attention with treats. By doing this Mav had better engagement and he was continually getting rewarded for being around the cats and having great focus. Focus: Desensitisation A
Skill learnt: Trick Training Comment: Session two with Mav we practiced his skill of quoits. This session Mav was only being rewarded for getting the quoits ring on the pole. Mav did really well he got it on 4 times!! His getting so good. The trainer did notice his better at quoits when standing up rather then in a drop which was noted down. Focus: Repetition A+
Skill learnt: Recall Comment: Session three with Mav we practiced his skill of recall. We practiced this skill in the cattery to add a high distraction for him. Mav did start of really distracted and didn’t respond although after the trainer put him into a drop and called his name Mav responded well and kept great engagement. The trainer put Mav back into a drop and let him get distracted following by recalling him which was repeated throughout the session, Mav did very well! Focus: Repetition A
