Marvel's Doggy Dayschool Report

It was a PLEASURE training with your pooch today and we look forward to continuing to help you achieve your goals, skills and improve your relationship.

Your journey does not end here, it has only just begun!

"I trained hard, I played hard! Please find below the skills we worked on and my results. I look forward to showing you what I learnt and working on them more with you!" If you have any questions about the skills we trained please feel free to contact todays trainer."

Skill Comment We focused on Grade
Skill learnt: Drop/ Down Comment: His first session focused on his drops. We worked all around the facility, utilising different environments for different distractions. He did really well, we also incorporated different trainer distractions to test him! Make sure to focus on a mixture of quick repetitions as well as longer durations so he doesn’t just predict what’s going to happen next! Focus: Repetition B+
Skill learnt: Place Training Comment: We practiced his place, drop and sit skill this session, doing a circuit. Marvel was a bit distracted initially but it didn’t take him long to settle. He showed some great engagement and listening skills. See how you go chaining skills together and making him do a few skills before getting the reward! Focus: Repetition B+
Skill learnt: Middle Position Comment: This last session was all about his middles skill. We practiced lots of repetitions from different angles. He is getting really good with his duration in position as well. To finish the session off we worked around the cattery for some desensitisation since he was quite distracted by all the smells! Focus: Repetition B

We recommend your next step should be…
